ingredients
2 Bananas
250ml milk
1 lemon
1 spoon (soup) Honey
1 spoon (soup) Chocolate Powder
Chocolate syrup w / decorating
Instructions
Cut the bananas and place in a plastic bag, add the lemon juice, tie and take to the freezer (to stay very cold.).
Join in a blender milk, chocolate, honey and frozen bananas and blend using the pulse to grind banana, blend for a few more minutes until well blended.
Decorate the glass with chocolate syrup, add the smoothie and ready.

2.Vanilla Yogurt and Blueberry Smoothie

SERVINGS: 1

½ c fat-free milk
½ c fat-free plain yogurt
2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter 
¼ very ripe banana
1 Tbsp honey 
4 ice cubes

COMBINE ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

3.STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
Strawberry banana is my favorite flavor combination in all of life, so I’m really excited about this smoothie.
Making it is simplicity itself.
Cut up a banana, toss in some strawberries, add an orange for flavor, your yogurt, your ice, and voila!
That’s all you have to do!
Recipe:
1 cup of strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt or milk
5 ice cubes
1/2 of a sliced orange
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

4.Apple Smoothie

SERVINGS: 1

½ c skim or soy milk
6 oz (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 med apple peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp cashew butter (MUFA)
Handful of ice

COMBINE ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon.

5.WATERMELON SMOOTHIE
What could be better than a watermelon smoothie on a hot summer day?
With some ice and a base made of milk, yogurt, or sherbet, and plenty of watermelon, you’re good to go.
Watermelon is so low in both #calories and fat that you can’t go wrong with this one!
Recipe:
6 cups of seedless watermelon, chopped
1 cup of lemon sherbet, non-fat milk, or low-fat vanilla yogurt
12 ice cubes
Put half the watermelon in the blender and blend until smooth, then add half of the ice and sherbet;
blend until smooth.
Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
