Top 5 Apple Smoothie for Weight Lose

1.Green APPLE SMOOTHIE

Wow, it’s bright green!

But no worries, it’s also incredibly tasty!

Tart, refreshing, if you love green apple candle, you'll adore this smoothie -- but it's much, much healthier for you!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of skim milk or soy milk
6 ounces of vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon of apple pie spice
1 medium-sized, chopped apple
2 tablespoons of cashew butter
6 ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend until smooth;

best eaten with a spoon!

2.APPLE PIE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

2 large red apples (I used fuji), cored
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of ground nutmeg
pinch of ground ginger
tiny pinch of ground cloves
(optional: 1-2 pitted dates or 1-2 teaspoons honey, to sweeten if needed)
DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender.  Pulse until combined and smooth.  Taste and add sweetener if needed, pulsing to combine.

Serve immediately.  Sprinkle the top of each smoothie with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

3.Detox Green Apple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 banana (or half is plenty if you're watching sugar)
1-2 cups kale, stems removed
1 cup apple cider (no sugar added - just the real stuff)
1 cup water or ice
optional extras: flaxmeal, nuts (I used pecans), nut butter
dash of cinnamon
pomegranate seeds for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Use water for a juice-like texture and ice for a smoothie-like texture. Add in any extras you want for extra protein, fiber, or healthy fats.
Stir in a dash of cinnamon, top with pomegranate seeds, and enjoy!
NOTES
The smoothie naturally separates a bit after it rests, so you may find that there is a layer of foam and kale-textured-stuff on the top. You can either stir to reincorporate it, eat it, or skim off the top to remove. I would also suggest eating the pom seeds before sipping up the drink since because they will get stuck in the straw which can drive some people *points to self* completely crazy.

4.Carrot Apple Ginger Green Smoothie 

INGREDIENTS
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium apple, cored
2 large handfuls of baby spinach
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root
8 ounces of filtered water
Start by adding the liquid to your blender (see my blender recommendations), followed by the soft fruit. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.

5.Applecado Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 apple, cored (I prefer either a Golden Delicious or Granny Smith)
1/2 Haas avocado, peeled and pitted
2 cups spinach
4 to 6 ounces of filtered water
A few ice cubes to chill
Start by adding the liquid to your blender (see my blender recommendations), followed by the avocado and apple last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
